All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

Payment must be made at the time of the booking or purchase.

Deposits are not refundable or transferable unless the requested notice of cancellation is given. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and forfeit the deposit or such part as covers one night’s accommodation in the event that you fail to check in by 12.00noon on the morning following the day of your arrival and no prior notification is received by Kims.

Travel Agents commission is not payable. 

Credit card surcharges apply and are non-refundable.

No smoking or cooking in rooms, on balconies or on Kims grounds.

Kims Dining Room and Cocktail Bar are fully licensed.

If posting, gift certificates are normally dispatched within 2 working days from the time of ordering (unless Special Express Delivery service has been selected) by Regular Mail. A Special Express Delivery service (within Australia only) will ensure delivery within 72 hours of the first working day (Mon-Fri) on which your order is received. Please note that the recipient may be required to sign for delivery.

All certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash in whole or part.
Gift certificates for staying or dining at Kims must be redeemed prior to the validity date as stated on the gift voucher.
