Tasmanian Salmon, Yellow Fin Tuna,
Kingfish, octopus, Spring Bay Tasmanian sea scallop,
Southern Ocean cuttlefish, marinated jellyfish, pickled radish,
cucumber, ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.

Hot Vegetarian Selection

Chilli spinach and peanut stir fry.
Butternut pumpkin and green bean curry.
Creamy scrambled egg with spring onion.
Crispy felafels, Tahini and sour cream.

The Main Fare

Slow roast chicken served in an Asian orange glaze.
Braised pork belly with fresh dates, shitake mushrooms and garden greens.
Tasmanian creamy Dutch mashed potato.
Baked whole snapper with pineapple and red pepper sauce.
Rawalpindi style beef curry served with tamarind chutney,
mango chutney and jackfruit and lime sambal.

Cold Salad

Rocket pear and parmesan salad.
Grilled haloumi, heirloom tomatoes, witlof and herb dressing.
Sliced tomato, red onion, cucumber, capsicum, beetroot
and mixed leaves, boiled and curried eggs.
Selection of oriental and traditional dressings,
vinegars, oils and mezze selection.

homemade custard and Hunter Valley Cream.
