Appetisers

Paella – an authentic Spanish dish
with rice, chicken and seafood,
prepared by our Spanish chef Melchor Alonso.

Antipasto

Marinated octopus, jellyfish, caper berries,
semi dried tomato, zucchini, artichokes,
Kalamata olives and eggplant.
Danish pepperoni and Sopresso salamis.
Duckling liver pate with melba toast.

The Main Fare

Roast turkey with fresh herb forcemeat, grilled leg of ham,
pickled cumquats and cranberry sauce.
Tuggerah Lakes flathead fillets served with hand cut potatoes,
lemon wedges, homemade tartar and spicy plum sauce.

Vegetables

Roast Sebago potatoes.
Baked butternut pumpkin.
Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce.
Local Matcham beans.

Salads and Dressings

Iceberg lettuce, sun ripened tomato,
cucumber and capsicum.
Selection of oriental and traditional dressings,
vinegars and oils.

Belgian chocolate caramel slice, lemon delicious
‘Tia Maria’ and espresso baked custard topped
with milk chocolate mousse, apple and berry pastries,
creamed rice, strawberry, lime and orange jelly.
Hunter Valley thickened cream and homemade custard.

Poached Fruit

Quince, rhubarb, pears and Granny Smith apples.

Homemade Ice Cream and Sorbet

With no preservatives added.
