Kims fresh food is all homemade and prepared daily with the use of natural ingredients.

Some dishes may contain traces of peanuts or trees nuts.

Dunkirk – homemade at Kims,
multigrain, wholemeal, raisin, milk loaf,
croissants, freshly baked fig and ginger muffins.

Butters

Our own churned butter made from Hunter Valley cream,
unsalted butter and Weight Watchers margarine.

Jams and Conserves homemade at Kims

Jams: Peach and ginger, apricot,
tomato and passionfruit, plum, quince.
Marmalades: grapefruit and Seville orange.

Honeys

Bloodwood, rainforest, Tasmanian leatherwood,
apple gum, ironbark, Banksia, lemon tea tree, wildflower.
Direct from the hive is framed apple blossom honeycomb.

Spreads

Golden syrup, peanut butter and vegemite.

Cereals

Natural muesli, Cornflakes,
Weetbix, All bran, Rice Bubbles,
Sultana bran and unprocessed bran.
Homemade Bircher muesli. Gluten Free muesli.

Porridge

Hot rolled oats.

Dairy and Non-Dairy

Homemade natural yoghurt,
Greek style yoghurt,
Meredith Farm Sheep and Buffalo milk yoghurt.
Soy milk, skim and full cream milk.

Fruits

Freshly stewed fruits – prunes, pears,
apricots, rhubarb and apples.
Seasonal fresh – papaya, rockmelon, watermelon,
honey dew melon and pineapple.

Hot Selection

Grilled Hunter Valley bacon, beef sausages,
breakfast potato, tomato and onion,
grilled mushrooms, ricotta hot cakes and maple syrup.
Aberdeen kippers or fresh local fish cooked to order.

Free Range Eggs*

Poached, fried, bolied or scrambled to perfection.
